Secure quote and dealer forms

When submitted, the website securely sends the information to Unbroken Mile’s Firebase quote system. The system stores the request, creates a request number, notifies Unbroken Mile, and sends an acknowledgment to the email address provided.

Information you send

Requests may include contact and business details, pickup and delivery locations, cargo or unit details, timing, condition and access notes, ownership or authority confirmations, dealer workflow needs, and later communications needed to quote, schedule, perform, document, and close an accepted job.

Data minimization

The public forms ask for city and ZIP first and do not request Social Security numbers, driver-license numbers, payment-card data, passwords, or title documents. Exact addresses, identifying numbers, documents, and photographs should be shared later only when needed through an approved process.

Use, email delivery, and sharing

Information is used for customer and dealer communication, eligibility review, pricing, scheduling, transport documentation, accounting, insurance, or claims. A transactional email provider processes notification and acknowledgment messages. We do not sell customer information.

SMS privacy and data sharing

When a person agrees to communicate with Unbroken Mile Transport by text message, we may collect the person’s mobile telephone number, consent record, message content, basic contact information, quote-request information, scheduling details, and other information the person chooses to provide. SMS information is used to answer customer questions, respond to missed calls, follow up on quote requests, coordinate scheduling, pickup, and delivery, provide service updates, and support related one-to-one customer communications.

Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information-sharing language elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in information and consent. We may use service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the messaging service, maintain business records, protect the business and its customers, or comply with law.

SMS choices

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Data protection

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of personal information. Employees and service providers are required to handle personal information only for authorized business purposes and in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements. No internet system can promise absolute security.

Retention

Unaccepted quote and dealer requests are generally retained for up to 12 months so the company can respond, follow up, and review prior pricing. Records connected to accepted work, disputes, accounting, insurance, or legal obligations may be kept longer.
